Nicole has been creating edible works of art for the past seven years, and is "The Original Canadian Mehndi Cake Artist", creating original, cultural cakes. The idea of turning a hobby into a business came from the desire to have many diverse people take pleasure in a product that has been enjoyed by Nicole and her family for so many years.  

Nicole has a background in fine arts with training at Emily Carr
Institute of Art and Design and an extensive baking history. Her
visualization, design and color theory 'married' with delicious recipes makes for an exquisite cake.
